ABOUT ME:
My name is Rose. I am an Aries. I have a kind heart, and a great sense of humor. I believe in God, but keep an open mind.

I have a laid back personality. Some would tell you that I am sarcastic at times (or a straight up smart ass). I am usually up for anything, except if its death defying. I try real hard to be a good person and do good things.

Some of my favorite activities and interests include, photography, drawing, sketching, painting, decorating, anything that really lets me use my creative side. I love animals, reading, bike riding, taking in nature, sometimes watching T.V., listening to music, sharing special times with special people, bonfires, camping, making S’mores, hiking, sunrises and sunsets, flowers (especially roses) the Discovery Channel, the History Channel, the Learning Channel, and Food Network.

Some things I don’t love are being taken advantage of, newer country music, mosquito bites, bee stings, not being organized, tardiness, cat hair on the couch or floor, aggressive drivers, stress, flying, heights, vertigo, a plugged nose, water in my ear, when my daughter or husband is unhappy, MTV, the freckle on my left pupil, hospitals, and elevators.

I absolutely love laughing. It's one of my favorite things to do! It is so good for you mentally and physically. I love comedy movies. Some of my favorite actors are Will Farrell, Chris Farley, and Adam Sandler. My all time favorite movie is a three way tie between Spaceballs, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, and The Breakfast Club. My favorite T.V. shows include Family Guy, Futurerama, Aqua Teen Hunger Force, American Idol, Scrubs, House, American Pickers, Pawn Stars, Planet Earth, and Life.

My favorite quote is “Arguing with a fool, only proves there are two!” And my favorite book has always been “Where the Sidewalk Ends” by Shel Silverstein.

Why photography, you ask? I've always loved photography and how it captures a moment in time and freezes that memory forever. My two favorite subjects to photograph are people and nature, but try to have my camera at hand at all times for a special shot of something unexpected. Beauty is all around us, some just don’t see it. To me, it’s important to slow down and take in your surroundings.
